The Portrait Creative Session
This is a unique opportunity to have photographic images created which will allow yourself and others at some future time to look back upon what makes you special — as an individual, or as a family, or as some other group.
High school seniors. This is a milestone year in your life. It marks a transition from where you were to where you go next. A professionally created portrait at this time allows the making of an image of yourself which shows others — both now and in the future — the pride you have in your accomplishments and in who you are.
Children. Children from newborns to middle schoolers and young adults through 11th Grade make remarkable physical changes as they grow and mature. Day-to-day changes are not noticeable, but looked at over a period of months or years the differences can be seen. Since we can never go back in time, professionally created portraits allow us to always see a child’s various stages of development.
What To Wear
Individuals. For best results, pick a style of clothing — casual or formal — which you prefer for your portraits and in which you are comfortable. Clothing should be clean and unwrinkled.
Groups. For groups, consider coordination of colors and patterns. Solids within the same range of colors photograph well, adding a feeling of unity to the group. Remember that anyone who wears something different from others in the group will become the center of attention when your portrait is viewed.
High school seniors. For seniors, three to five clothing changes will give you a variety of portrait choices. Be well rested. Style your hair as you normally do. Bring things to personalize your portrait: things which represent school activities, hobbies, special interests or collections.
Children. For youth, schedule appointments at times when children are well rested and in good spirits. For younger children, keep clothing changes to a minimum. Include toys or personal items which have special meaning.
The creative session should be an enjoyable experience for you, and satisfaction with your portrait is our top priority.

Unfinished color images of poses from the studio’s creative session are provided to assist you in selecting your favorite portraits for sharing with others.
Settings & Locations
Both studio and outdoor settings may be utilized at no extra cost, but additional charges may apply for locations not normally used by the studio.
Ordering Photographic Prints
Gift portraits are the right size for sharing with others and have a protective coating which guards against finger marks, ultra-violet light, and moisture. You can order gift portraits individually to satisfy your specific needs, or select a package for extra savings.
High school seniors can personalize wallets with their name and graduation year at no extra cost.
Your professionally finished wall prints, available in a variety of sizes and mounting possibilities, are protected and enhanced with a coating which is water resistant, provides UV protection, and is scuff and spill resilient. Wall prints are discounted when ordered with smaller prints.
All gift portraits and wall prints include basic enhancements, including minor blemish and glass glare removal, at no additional cost.
Showcase Print
This unique collection of images within one photo showcases a variety of poses, expressions and clothing changes from your creative session. For high school seniors, the inclusion of text for your name, plus your school and graduation year, makes it a “one of a kind” keepsake for display in your home or for presentation as a gift to someone special. Showcase Prints have a protective coating which guards against finger marks, ultra-violet light, and moisture. Pricing varies based upon the dollar amount of an accompanying order.
Business or Publicity Portrait Images
Unfinished color jpg photographic image files from “head and shoulder” poses are provided on a CD for your unrestricted use. Prints can also be ordered.
